The Tatum Ranch subdivision is a gorgeous master-planned community that really spotlights the natural scenery and landscape of the area. 				Bought a home in 2023. As a first time buyer my experience with Patrizia in my Home Buying process was so good, that the process was so easy it didn't feel heavy on my mind or overly stressed! I think she is one of the best interactions I've had with people. Right of the bat, the personal social connection was there. We easily connected and could talk like we have known each other for a while. Like I had been her friend before this. 				Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Encanto, Phoenix, AZ. Darin was great from beginning to end!  It was my first time buying a house and as daunting as that already is, I was doing it all on my own.  Furthermore, as a woman with no experience in the field, I was worried about all the ways that I could potentially be taken advantage of.  Darin put that all to rest.  He walked me through every step.  He listened to exact what I wanted - in my budget, a home with character and historic appeal, a yard, and space that could hold my grandmother's formal dining set without having to move up into more house than I wanted to clean/maintain.
