Discover PHX is a team inside Realty ONE Group, which means you get the brokerage’s licensing, compliance and training behind you and the team’s marketing, lead flow and mentorship in front of you. Our agents do not build a website, run their own ads or shoot their own listing photos. A marketing team produces professional photography, copywriting and design for every listing, and the team’s online advertising and home-search platform generate buyer and seller inquiries that are routed to agents who follow up.

Who we are looking for. Licensed Arizona agents who want to close more transactions with less overhead, and newly licensed agents who want structure and a mentor rather than a desk. Team partners guide and support the sales team, and agents collaborate on showings, open houses and coverage instead of competing for the same clients. The team covers the whole Valley, and agents who want to serve Flagstaff second-home buyers can work both markets through our sister team, Discover FLAG.
