North Gateway is a quaint, family-oriented community in north Phoenix. Located north of Deer Valley, southwest of North Valley Parkway and Dixileta, North Gateway has more than 16,000 occupants. It has convenient access to the I-17 freeway and AZ Route 74 and is only about 25 miles north of Sky Harbor International Airport.

North Gateway is cozy and quiet, since it’s much more north of all the action from downtown Phoenix. This area is perfectly situated between the amusing Norterra development and the legendary Anthem-outlet outdoor mall for all of your shopping and cuisine needs. Living in the North Gateway community, you are just a short drive away from Lake Pleasant, a variety of hiking trails, parks and preserves.

Children in this community, kindergarten through eighth grade, attend Sunset Ridge while those in high schools usually got to Barry Goldwater High School. Both of these educational facilities are part of the established Deer Valley school district.

				Bought a home in 2023. As a first time buyer my experience with Patrizia in my Home Buying process was so good, that the process was so easy it didn't feel heavy on my mind or overly stressed! I think she is one of the best interactions I've had with people. Right of the bat, the personal social connection was there. We easily connected and could talk like we have known each other for a while. Like I had been her friend before this. Throughout my Home Buying process she was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. She was patient as we went around looking house after house, and as I was building my internal liking for the house I was looking for. 				Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Encanto, Phoenix, AZ. Darin was great from beginning to end!  It was my first time buying a house and as daunting as that already is, I was doing it all on my own.  Furthermore, as a woman with no experience in the field, I was worried about all the ways that I could potentially be taken advantage of.  Darin put that all to rest.  He walked me through every step.  He listened to exact what I wanted - in my budget, a home with character and historic appeal, a yard, and space that could hold my grandmother's formal dining set without having to move up into more house than I wanted to clean/maintain.  He ONLY showed my properties that fit those wants.  Every professional that I worked with through the entire process was kind and treated me fairly.  Darin was easy to reach to answer any questions and each step was done quickly but never made me feel rushed.  He walked me through each and every step and made it as stress free as possible so that the overwhelming emotion that I remember from the whole experience was excitement!
