I am a woman and I have very particular needs when it comes to my home. 				Bought a home in 2024. Darin was fantastic to work with. I have a very narrow criteria and a very small budget (Neither of which bothered him in any noticeable way). He sent me properties that matched what I was looking for as soon as they Came on the market- But never made me feel pressured to be in communication with him or to pick something… When the right thing did come on the market, he sprung into action getting my offer in front of the sellers before the end of the first day it was listed. Because I was buying From out of state, Darin did a lot of extra legwork for me, including walking the property and videotaping, Making me feel much more confident about the decision to purchase sight unseen. I will definitely work with him again

Responsive and easy to work with, walking me through the process each step of the way.  Explaining each step of the process.  I started with a plan before even talking to her, gave her my perfect time frame and price, and everything somehow worked out to the day.  And the final sale came in higher than I had hoped for.  Her knowledge of the area was outstanding.  If I end up back in AZ, I know Patrizia will be the first person I call for help.

				Bought a home in 2023. As a first time buyer my experience with Patrizia in my Home Buying process was so good, that the process was so easy it didn't feel heavy on my mind or overly stressed! I think she is one of the best interactions I've had with people. Right of the bat, the personal social connection was there. We easily connected and could talk like we have known each other for a while. Like I had been her friend before this. Throughout my Home Buying process she was always there to answer any questions or concerns I had. She was patient as we went around looking house after house, and as I was building my internal liking for the house I was looking for. I think because she cares for her clients, that she is able to provide you with this reassurance. I think her work and care shows throughout. She even left us some welcome gifts after we close! 				Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Encanto, Phoenix, AZ. Darin was great from beginning to end!  It was my first time buying a house and as daunting as that already is, I was doing it all on my own.  Furthermore, as a woman with no experience in the field, I was worried about all the ways that I could potentially be taken advantage of.  Darin put that all to rest.  He walked me through every step.  He listened to exact what I wanted - in my budget, a home with character and historic appeal, a yard, and space that could hold my grandmother's formal dining set without having to move up into more house than I wanted to clean/maintain.  He ONLY showed my properties that fit those wants.  Every professional that I worked with through the entire process was kind and treated me fairly.  Darin was easy to reach to answer any questions and each step was done quickly but never made me feel rushed.  He walked me through each and every step and made it as stress free as possible so that the overwhelming emotion that I remember from the whole experience was excitement!  I have been in this house for 6 years now and have loved every minute.  Its my home.  And Darin was a big part in accomplishing that!
