Kelly Dobash

Associate Broker

Kelly Dobash is passionate about helping clients make their Arizona homeownership dreams come true.

In Arizona Since 1975

Kelly moved across several Pacific states with her family before planting roots in the Valley of the Sun in 1975. Those early moves shaped her natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life, one of her greatest strengths in real estate.

In Real Estate Since 1987

Kelly's real estate background began in 1987, building homes in the Verde Valley. Over the years she gained hands-on experience in construction and property management, but her true passion has been residential sales. For more than 35 years she has worked alongside some of the best professionals in the industry. Having experienced both booming markets and more challenging times, she brings steady guidance, knowledge and heart to every transaction.

Who Kelly Works With

First-time homebuyers, growing families and empty nesters ready for their next chapter. Her goal is always the same: an exceptional experience that helps clients achieve their homeownership goals.

Areas Served

Kelly has worked and sold properties throughout the Valley, including Fountain Hills, Tempe and Mesa, with a primary focus on Phoenix, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Glendale and Peoria.

The Arizona Lifestyle

When she is not working with clients, Kelly is enjoying what makes Arizona a special place to live: hiking, camping, boating, kayaking, off-roading and even skiing, along with spring training and events like the Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson and Country Thunder.

Backed by the Discover PHX Team

Kelly is part of the Discover PHX Team at Realty ONE Group in Scottsdale. Clients work with one agent from the first conversation to closing, with a marketing team behind every listing for professional photography, copywriting and design. Sellers can start with a free home valuation or read how the team sells homes; buyers can browse every listing in the Valley through the home search.
