Before becoming a licensed real estate professional, I gained valuable experience in both property management and commercial construction. Working in property management provided firsthand knowledge of property operations, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and the day-to-day responsibilities of owning and managing real estate. I also spent time working alongside a commercial general contractor, where I developed an appreciation for the construction process, project coordination, quality craftsmanship, and the many details that go into building and improving properties. Together, these experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective that benefits both buyers and sellers.
