Gavin is a true Phoenix native with a deep-rooted knowledge of the Valley and a passion for real estate. After earning his B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA (go Leopards!), Gavin began his career as a construction cost estimator for Gilbane Building Company in Newark, NJ. There, he specialized in assembling competitive bids across all trades for commercial projects—honing his skills in budgeting, planning, and quality control.

At just 23, Gavin took his passion for real estate a step further by purchasing two residential rental properties—one in Scottsdale and one in Phoenix. His experience managing both long-term rentals and short-term vacation properties (Airbnb, VRBO) gives him valuable insight that benefits investor clients and homeowners alike.

Today, Gavin is a full-time Realtor® and proud member of the DiscoverPhx Team, where he works alongside experienced professionals to provide clients with a smooth and stress-free buying or selling experience.
