				Bought a Single Family home in 2022 in Queen creek, AZ. Stacy helped us find and land our dream home in the midst of a competitive home market.  She was flexible with her schedule, able to show us homes all over the east valley during times that worked for us around our work schedules. Throughout the whole process Stacy was communicative, knowledgable, and very responsive. During the buying process she was also in touch with our lender, partnering with her to ensure we were all on the same page. 				Bought a Single Family home in 2017 in Encanto, Phoenix, AZ. Darin was great from beginning to end!  It was my first time buying a house and as daunting as that already is, I was doing it all on my own.  Furthermore, as a woman with no experience in the field, I was worried about all the ways that I could potentially be taken advantage of.  Darin put that all to rest.  He walked me through every step.  He listened to exact what I wanted - in my budget, a home with character and historic appeal, a yard, and space that could hold my grandmother's formal dining set without having to move up into more house than I wanted to clean/maintain.  He ONLY showed my properties that fit those wants.  Every professional that I worked with through the entire process was kind and treated me fairly.  Darin was easy to reach to answer any questions and each step was done quickly but never made me feel rushed.  He walked me through each and every step and made it as stress free as possible so that the overwhelming emotion that I remember from the whole experience was excitement! 				Bought a Single Family home in 2022 in Blue horizons, Buckeye, AZ. My husband and I relocated from CA to AZ in February. In late December, just before the holidays, we connected with Patrizia and she helped us navigate the greater Pheonix market and home buying process. She was always easy to contact and was able to answer, or get an answer, on any questions we had on any property. She kept a log on all the properties that we were interested and visited.
