I am a multi-generation Arizona Native and grew up in Northern Arizona. I served the State of Arizona for twenty years as an Officer and Detective for the Arizona Department of Public Safety. After my retirement from the Department, I decided to continue to serve others as a Realtor with Realty One Group. My husband and I relocated from CA to AZ in February. In late December, just before the holidays, we connected with Patrizia and she helped us navigate the greater Pheonix market and home buying process. We are first time home buyers and Patrizia was so patient and kind to answer all of our questions and walk us through the entire process with confidence. Patrizia was an amazing agent. She was always easy to contact and was able to answer, or get an answer, on any questions we had on any property. She kept a log on all the properties that we were interested and visited. She regularly was available to view homes despite some being last minute. She is an agent I highly recommend and we will be using her again if we decide to go back in the market.
